ABOUT STRATEGIC ROLE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Summary 

This paper is devoted to characterization of the strategic role of Human Resource Management service. In the present work are considered such issues, as: the essence and aims of  strategic Management of Human Resource, brief characteristic of  such roles (functions) of Human Resource Management service as:  strategic partner, business partner, promoter of progressive changes,  administrative expert,  employees’ protector.

Finally, there are given some recommendations which, by the  author’s opinion,  will support   growth of  human resource service working affectivity.

The work contains several conclusions made by the author, which will support  to increase the efficiency of the work of human resource services.
